At Advance Design, we think the process of creating Happy Clients is mostly Common Sense. It’s the simple premise of determining what is important to the client, and wholeheartedly giving it to them.
“Are they happy?” This is the question we ask our team every day. It’s a phrase Todd asks over and over at every staff meeting, at the beginning of every day by every team leader, and each time we resolve a challenge. Our client’s happiness is our 1st priority.
