Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer – Residential Remodeling
Job Description
Now seeking Kitchen & Bath Designer responsible for sales, design, and specification of home renovation projects. Work in conjunction with support designers and in-house project management enjoying a team atmosphere. In-house marketing team generates leads.
Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer candidate should have a minimum of 3 years kitchen/bath sales experience, relative degree, and demonstrate the following skill set consistently:
- Proficient use of word, excel, and CAD based design program (20/20, Planet, Auto Cad, or Chief Architect)
- Experience with cabinetry design and specification
- Above average communication and people skills
- Proven sales history
- Ability to thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment
- Skilled and comfortable coordinating multiple projects
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated, organized
- Positive attitude, ability to work as a team, energetic personality
- Willingness to work flexible schedule (Eve/Sat appts)
- Passion and talent for the residential design field

Lead Carpenter Residential Remodeling Specialist
Job Description
The Lead Carpenter is responsible for leading residential renovation projects of various sizes. Our full-time in-house marketing team assures you’re able to work year-round! Work in conjunction with your own carpentry team and our in-house renovation construction managers enjoying a team atmosphere.
Lead Carpenter candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of residential carpentry experience, have advanced knowledge of carpentry tools and construction, and demonstrate the following skill set consistently:
- Excellent carpentry skills in framing, roofing, window and door installation, trim work, cabinetry installation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn, detailed oriented, self-motivated, organized
- Own licensed transportation and auto insurance
- Positive attitude, outgoing, and willing to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion and appreciation for the carpenter residential construction field

Laborer/Entry-Level Carpenter
Job Description
The ideal general labor worker/entry-level carpenter candidate would possess prior laborer experience and some carpentry experience, have basic knowledge of tools and carpentry construction and demonstrate consistently growing skills. Responsibilities may include demolition, deliveries and dumping, and basic carpentry assistance to the carpentry team.
Candidate must have:
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn, self-motivated, organized
- Own licensed transportation and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
