Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer – Residential Remodeling
Job Description
Kitchen and Bath Designer is responsible for sales, design, and specifying home renovation projects of various sizes. In-house marketing team provides leads and promotes the company for you! Work in conjunction with a design team and project management.
Candidate should have minimum 3 years kitchen/bath design/sales experience, relative degree preferred, demonstrate the following skill set consistently:
• Proficient use of word, excel, and CAD based design program (20/20, Planet, Auto Cad, or Chief Architect)
• Cabinetry design and specification experience
• Above average communication and people skills
• Proven sales ability history
• Thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment
• Skilled at coordinating multiple projects at one time
• Detailed oriented, self-motivated, organized
• Positive attitude, work as part of a team
• Work according to client schedules (some eve/Sat appts)
• Passion and talent for residential design

Job Description
Assistant Kitchen & Bath Designer works with experienced team to design, draw, specify products, and produce residential remodeling projects. If you want to utilize your creative drive and detailed nature- this is the perfect role for you!
Assistant Kitchen & Bath Designer candidate should have a minimum of 1-5 years kitchen/bath (or related design) experience, design schooling, and/or relative degree, and demonstrate the following:
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, and CAD (20/20, Planet, AutoCAD, Chief Architect)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, detailed oriented, self-motivated, organized

Lead Carpenter Residential Remodeling Specialist
Job Description
The Lead Carpenter is responsible for leading residential renovation projects of various sizes. Our full-time in-house marketing team assures you’re able to work year-round! Work in conjunction with your own carpentry team and our in-house renovation construction managers enjoying a team atmosphere.
Lead Carpenter candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of residential carpentry experience, have advanced knowledge of carpentry tools and construction, and demonstrate the following skill set consistently:
- Excellent carpentry skills in framing, roofing, window and door installation, trim work, cabinetry installation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Laborer/Entry-Level Carpenter
Job Description
The ideal general labor worker/entry-level carpenter candidate would possess prior laborer experience and some carpentry experience, have basic knowledge of tools and carpentry construction and demonstrate consistently growing skills. Responsibilities may include demolition, deliveries and dumping, and basic carpentry assistance to the carpentry team.
Candidate must have:
