#12: CONTEMPORARY KITCHEN IN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS

Part of a whole home remodel, this sleek kitchen is on the more modern side, and we love it! Walls were knocked down (and the layout completely reworked) to connect the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces, a and skylight was added for more natural lighting. #11: SPACIOUS BARRINGTON KITCHEN

This custom kitchen features an oversized island with ample storage space. Cashew and white cabinetry are paired with veined Cambria quartz counters that continue up the walls as a backsplash. The combination of the handcrafted stainless steel range hood and piercing blue and gold La Cornue stove is one of our client’s favorite moments. #10: ST. CHARLES OUTDOOR KITCHEN

“Grilling season” isn’t just during warmer months for these St. Charles homeowners, they can comfortably grill out year-round with their beautiful new outdoor kitchen! This kitchen is located mere steps away from their back door with covered grilling access. See more of this project here.

#9: VEINED BACKSPLASH IN TOWER LAKES

This kitchen remodel features veined quartz counters, a custom range hood, and two hidden pull-out coffee and baking stations. True brown and steel gray-blue cabinetry add to the dramatic flair the homeowners had always hoped for. In addition to the kitchen, the entire first floor was remodeled to maintain a cohesive design throughout the home.

#8: STORAGE-PACKED FARMHOUSE KITCHEN

This kitchen may be our most storage-packed remodel ever, with nearly every cabinet featuring a hidden smart storage upgrade. #7: GREEN CABINETRY IN HAMPSHIRE

We love it when clients go bold with color in their remodel, and this Eucalyptus green hue from Medallion Cabinetry turned out beautifully in this Hampshire kitchen. Our client loves how the green pairs with the natural wood in her home. See the before and after of this project here.

#6: ACCENT ISLAND KITCHEN – SOUTH ELGIN

There was no skimping on storage for this kitchen redesign, as our clients needed to host large groups throughout the year. The ADS team was able to create a kitchen, dining space, and living room perfect for all of their hosting needs. The silver and brown accents add texture and warmth to the timeless look our clients were hoping for in their new kitchen. See more of this project here. #5: ARLINGTON HEIGHTS KITCHEN & BAR

Our clients love their veined backsplash/counters, contrasting white and brown cabinetry, and range hood. We do too! A classic U-shaped kitchen with a spacious kitchen island, this remodel includes a built-in home bar as well. See more of this project here.

#4: INVITING FAMILY KITCHEN& BAR

The original kitchen in this Arlington Heights home was bumped out to include a large wet bar with a built-in beverage fridge and ice maker. This Arlington Heights kitchen and bar was designed with family in mind, focusing on storage and counter space. This remodel also includes a living room addition and a screen porch addition; our clients love the results!

#3: WHITE OAK KITCHEN – LAKE BARRINGTON

Erika and Kevin of Palatine felt the same – and their new kitchen and bar is a fantastic example of the warm, bright, inviting feeling that many homeowners want in their kitchens today. #1: MOODY LAKE IN THE HILLS LUXURY

Mike & Donna’s Lake in the Hills kitchen remodel was one of our field crew’s favorite projects this year, and it was our most loved kitchen project across social media. The moody material mix, custom range hood, and accent lighting are a few of our favorite features in this kitchen.
