3-Story Addition & Elevator
To allow space for a centralized home elevator, Jamie & Evelyn Sims partnered with Advance Design Studio for a 3-story addition and whole home remodel. The new addition includes a spacious dining room just off the kitchen, as well as a beautiful sitting room in the master suite upstairs. This project won a 2024 Chrysalis Design Award.
