The annual Forty Under 40 List released by ProRemodeler highlights a group of thriving individuals in the remodeling industry on a nationwide scale. This list features a handful of individuals from different areas of remodeling, including company owners, directors, marketers, designers, and field production members. We are excited to announce that one of our many talented Advance Design team members, Claudia Pop, is featured on the 2022 Forty Under 40 List!
Celebrating Claudia’s Success & Leadership
Since joining the Advance Design team in 2015, Claudia continuously impresses both her clients and co-workers with her natural ability to create practical, breathtaking spaces. She works on some of our company’s most complex projects. Her designs, brought to life by the rest of the ADS team, have been featured in magazines across the Northwest Suburbs. She is also the lead designer on our recent award-winning Lakewood Master Bath Remodel.
“For me, design is about much more than creating just a beautiful interior. It’s about improving lives. It’s about listening, educating, and helping each client make the best decision that fits them perfectly,” says Claudia.
This exciting recognition comes as Claudia steps into her new role at ADS as Managing Director for Sales and Design. Supporting and developing our talented team of lead and specialty designers, Claudia works to create a seamless “pass-off” as projects move from the design phase into field production. Her years of experience and passion for client satisfaction allow her to pour into those around her.
“I love the opportunity I have to be Managing Director,” says Claudia. “Impacting our team of talented designers is my way of giving back to my team and also improving every function of the company so that our clients receive the benefits of our success.”
